  • Is setup and pack down included?
    Yes we will set up for you and make sure everything is packed down and the area is tidy.
  • Do we supply ice in all packages?
    Absolutely! We will make sure there is enough ice to cover everything you need for the event.
  • Does the Haywagon Bar require power?
    Yes, we need a single plug to run the Haywagon Bar
  • Do we need access to water?
    If there is access to water it makes the job easier on our staff, but we can run the bar without access to water.
  • Can we add extra hours onto service?
    Absolutely!! Let us know how long your event requires bar hire and service then we will give you a quote for your extra hours.
  • Do we require a deposit?
    Yes we will require a deposit as an acceptance to your quote.
  • Do we have insurance?
    Yes, we have insurance for us and pubic liability insurance.
  • Can I get a refund?
    We understand that there are circumstances where you have to cancel or reschedule an event. If the event is cancelled more than a week in advance we are happy to offer a full refund including your deposit. If it is less than a week from the event we will be unable to refund your deposit.
  • How far do we travel?
    We will travel a 50km radius of Bendigo. We are happy to discuss costs to travel further.
